My computer tech insists this is a Word problem, "because Word sends commands
to the printer." After printing an envelope, the next document I print
should automatically print from the paper tray. Instead, I have to go to the
printer and push a button (as in envelopes or labels) to print the document.
Once I do this the problem does not occur again until I print another
envelope. I have Word 2002, Windows XP. Thank you for any help. Jeanne
