problem formatting envelopes
I had some work done on my computer. Before then, the envelope format worked
just fine. Now, no matter what I do, when I go to print an envelope, it will not put the address where it belongs. I know how to create an envelope, I know to go to options, it prints on the correct side of the envelope but just won't print in the proper space. Thank you |

Jay,
Thanks for your help. I think my problem has more to do with the feed method. No matter which option I click on, the envelope prints perpindicular to where it should be. Even when I select clockwise rotation. I am trying to print a #10 envelope that feeds face up. The spot where a stamp would go is first into the printer but it now prints the address, as I mentioned, perpinduclar to the proper spot. Thanks again!
