Default Why does the last row of a table have different formatting?

Does it print that way? My experience has been that it does not and that it
is some combination of display driver/operating system that causes it
(intermittently).

The
font appears to be the same settings, but it's one shade lighter than the
rest. I'm at a loss for how to fix it.
