HELP! I have inserted a footer in my document, reading: page x of y, however
even though it shows up correctly on my screen, i.e., page 4 of 27, when the
document prints, it shows up as page 4 of 4, page 5 of 5, etc. Can anyone
provide the solution to this problem?
