Word's doesn't automatically paste address in label address anymor
Does anyone know why sometimes, when you have an address in a word document
and you click on tools\letters and mailings\envelopes and labels (in Word 2003) or tools\envelopes and labels (in Word 97), Word does not automatically copy that address to the address field for the label? This is on various different machines using these versions of Word and does not happen consistently on the same machine. The insertion point is usually on or near the address in the document, which seems to help make word behave properly, but not always. The document type is normally a normal document, or a mail merge letter. Any other factors that I may be missing or suggestions? |
