Wasted page printed
Microsoft Office, Word 2003, Windows XP
How do you get rid of the paragraph return below a table so that you don't get a second (blank) page? In other words, the bottom of the table makes it on page one but this paragraph return goes to page two. Consequently when you print, you get two pages (page 2 of 2). Thank you |

Hi Peg,
How do you get rid of the paragraph return below a table No way. Often setting the paragraph mark to a font size of 1 helps. Not to speak of programmtic solutions. -- Greetings from Bavaria, Germany Helmut Weber, MVP WordVBA Win XP, Office 2003 "red.sys" & Chr$(64) & "t-online.de" |

If setting the font size to 1 doesn't work, try formatting it as Hidden.
