I recommend using a program such as Quicken or Microsoft Money.

I've used VersaCheck with Word. It requires special MICR toner, though. It
has the fonts required and sets up the checks using a wizard. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://www.mvps.org/word which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup. I expect that's for printing the check form along with the data, right? For
printing payees and amounts on preprinted checks, Quicken or Money with ordinary toner will suffice. -- Suzanne S. Yes. It prints the actual check, not just the information that goes in it.

I suspect that the OP wants to fill in preprinted checks, but of course I
could be wrong. -- Suzanne S.
