My page size is standard letter (8,5 in wide) . Some how in print layout page
is wider. Displayed page is WIDER then 8.5 inch horizontal ruler. So I have
extra margin space on right. It also effect printing, page is gettin shrinked
and I see big right margin.

Is this Word 2002 or 2003? Does the document contain comments or tracked
changes?

It is Word 2003.
And Yes I have comments in document.
This is the reason of my problems.
