How do I print only a letter when an envelope is attached?
If you used the Envelope wizard to add the envelope to the document,
it was added as page 0 in section 1. The letter starts with page 1 in section 2. Thus, to print just the letter, open the Print dialog and type s2 in the Pages box. More about this (but not specifically about envelopes) is at http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Format...leSections.htm. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. I've tried using CTRL+P and selecting the current page, but the output is formatted as if I were printing it to an envelope. Is there any way to achieve my goal? |
