Print What... Document Showing Markup
I have a client who frequently uses comments in her documents. However, she
doesn't always want to print them. She is unhappy that everytime she goes to print a document with comments, she has to change in the Print Dialog box the "Print What" from "Document Showing Markup" to just "Document". Is there anyway to change this as a default so that even when she prints a document with comments it comes up as "Print What".... "Document" instead of "Document Showing Markup". Thank you for any advice that you might have! -- L Lightner |

If the Reviewing toolbar is displayed, change the view from Final Showing
Markup to Final before printing. -- Suzanne S. Thank you Suzanne. I thought I might also create a macro that brings up the
Print dialog box chooses "Document" in the Print What. She can execute that macro when she wants to print without comments. -- L Lightner "Suzanne S.
