Default Arabic & Roman numbering in Brief with TOC and Tab. of Authorities

I am trying to number a long legal brief that needs to have a cover page with
no number. The next 2 pages are numbered C-1 of 2 and C-2 of 2. The next
several pages need small Roman numerals (the TOC and TOA). The rest of the
brief needs to have Arabic numerals. In the past, we divided each section
into a separate document. Now, they have to be filed electronically with the
court as one document. Thanks.
