Formatting for Currency
How can I format a merge field (example: price)so that it prints as
currency (with 2 decimal places)? I am using Word 2007 |

Formatting for Currency
Press ALT+F9 - the field will display {Mergefield Price}
add a formatting swtch eg {Mergefield Price \# "$,0.00"} Press F9 to update and if necessary Alt+F9 to toggle the display again.
