Default How do you add a Push Button to a Word document?

I'm creating a protected document and want to add a 'reset fields' push
button to clear the document when finished and start a new one. I haven't a
clue, do you?

Although this is doubtless possible, a better approach is to create your
form as a template, from which a fresh document will be created for each
use.
