How do you edit changes using multiple colors to track each edit
For example, a user is reviewing a word document that already has edits.
These edits are in red. He wants to change part of this existing edit and have his change reflect another color. So within the orginal edit, there would be 2 colors, one in red which is the original edit and his edit of the original edit, in blue. Does word have this capability? We are currently using the highlight function as a workaround. |
