Constant format for annotations
I often have to correct some grammatical and semantic errors (not English) in
documents by adding annotations to the end of the paragraph. I want to set some constant format to all my annotations, for example, bold and red, but every time I insert text, the format is automatically set to that of the paragraph, so I need to change the format manually each time. Its tedious and time-consuming. I cannot use the special review balloons because actually the document is in ..rtf format and Im not sure the writer has a recent version of Microsoft Word or not. Maybe she is using Wordpad. Is there any way to set the format of all the texts I input from that time on, to a specific format I designated, instead of that of the paragraph? |
