I am trying to create a certificate, which it tells me that I have
successfully done so, but then I don't know how to find it to open it up.
And I was wondering can you change the picture?

Assuming you created this with Word and from a template... Where did you
tell your computer to save that file to? Did you try opening Word and then
looking at the recently used files?

As for changing the graphics, generally speaking, yes you can. This assumes
it was a Word template and it's not something funky that you got from
somebody's website.
