Default AutoCorrect Issues with Word 2003

We have users set up on terminals. When one goes to use the AutoText
and submit their signature, it will work for the day however when she
logs off for the day her signature is no longer in the AutoText.
Everybody else works fine except for this one user. Please advise.

To clarify, are you talking about AutoText or AutoCorrect entries?

In addition to Suzanne's request for clarification, what do you mean by
terminals? g

(IOW, are you talking about logging into a terminal server session as a
client or using the word terminal to mean a standalone PC?)
