Default copying change tracked text to a new document?

Is it possible to copy just a paragraph or section with tracked changes to
another Word document? I have a need to collect just the changes (with
strikouts and underscores).

Hi ?B?cGFrYWRybQ==?=,

Turn off change tracking. Select the text. Copy and paste to a new document
(where change tracking is not active).
