Default Inserting a Shape Around Information in a Pasted Print Screen

I've reviewed all the training and help information on adding autoshapes and
the layout within text (for Word 2003). However, when I apply the same
principles to a pasted print screen, my circle (for example) covers up the
part of the image that I want to bring attention to. I've experimented until
I'm blue. No layout works for me within pasted print screens. Please help!

Thanks!

You need to format the circle as No Fill.
