Under headers I want to offer several alternatives for user to be selected.
Text can be like this:

Header:
2 Warranty

Selectable alternatives:

A) 12 months
B) 24 month
C) 36 months

Then user selects 24 months (somehow?) and the final document looks like this:

___________________

2 Warranty

24 months
___________________

Look into AutoTextList fields and/or what Word calls an "online form." Check
