can a document be printed showing the author of changes?
A Word document has been edited numerous times by various people. The
changes are "tracked" in different colours and the author of the changes is shown when the cursor is held over the changed text. Can the document be printed showing the author of the changes? If so - HOW?? |

Hi Jenny
I don't think this is possible. If you have a recent version of Word, the closest you can come is to print out a list of all the changes. To do that, File Print. In the Print What box, choose "List of Markup". Hope this helps. Shauna Kelly. Microsoft MVP. http://www.shaunakelly.com/word "Jenny D-H" Jenny wrote in message ...
