Bottom margin error in Word 2003
Check your settings for the column format, even though it's set to one
column. It's probably larger than the printable area, like set to 6.69", and if you change it to 6.5", since you probably have 1" margin left and right, this will fix the bottom margin automatically, or you are then able to change it to what you want. HP has released some drivers to fix this - see http://www.hp.com/pond/ljbeta/ -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org jb wrote: When I set the page margins, it tells me that my bottom margin is too small. If I let Word "fix" the margin, it sets it at 2.67". This never happened until I got Word 2003. |
