Page Numbers
I am trying to add page numbers to a handbook type document. The document is
set up so that there are esentially 2 pages on 1 page. I can add a page number to one side of the document (the left side which would be page 1) but I cant add page 2 to the right side and get it to automatically continue through the rest of the document? |

If you are using Word 2000 or above, use the "2 pages per sheet" option in
Page Setup, and you can treat each half of a sheet as a logical page, including page numbers. If this is a booklet, use "Book fold" instead. -- Suzanne S. Page Numbers
Use the following field constructions
For the Odd pages { = ({ PAGE } * 2 ) - 1 } For the even pages { = { PAGE } * 2 } You must use Ctrl+F9 to insert each pair of field delimiters { } and you use Alt+F9 to toggle off their display. -- Hope this helps.
