how do a place an accent color bar at the bottom of a template so.
how do i place an accent color bar at the bottom of a letter template so it
wont move whenever the user types? I would like it to appear on all subequent pages of her letterhead. |

Click on View | Header and Footer | arrow down to the footer | draw or

This could also be a colored paragraph border applied to the Footer
