Remove the "Next Record" fields in the nine table cells that contain them.
Or set the document up as a Letter merge using a sheet of labels created using the New Document button in the Labels dialog; insert the merge fields manually into each label. -- Suzanne S. It works best if you do both. Create a normal label merge. Propagate the
fields. Remove the next record fields then change the document type to 'letter' so Word does not contrive to replace them. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Suzanne S.
