Default how to devide the page in three horizontal sections

first i want to put the page in a horizontal view and divide it in three
sections to write in all of them

I think this is what your looking for. You want to create new Frames. Format,
Frames, New Frames Page. A new toolbar will appear click on whether you want
a frame above, below, right or left and you click the button for as many
frames as you want. You are then able to write in each separate frame.

From the File menu, select Page Setup... then choose Landscape under the
Margins tab.
Then create a 1-column/3-row table the size of the page with each row set to
an exact height (1/3 the height of the available space), then remove all
borders.

If it is a 1-document page, you have to take care of the paragraph return
below the table. Select the ¶ on top of the second page and make it 1 point
(Font Size), you may have to increase the bottom margin by a small fraction
to accommodate it if you really want to maximize the space used by your
three areas in the table.
