Last Will and testiment
As a paralegal, I want you to be very aware of the fact that each state has
differing requirements for what must be contained in a Will. Sure, something is better than nothing, but whether it will hold up in Court is the important factor. Unless you have a very large estate and need trusts created or have lots of special bequests in your Will, it shouldn't cost you that much to have one prepared by a local attorney. If you go with a template, I would recommend at least having it looked over by an attorney in your state, just to be sure it will hold up and all the language is proper, that you have the right number of witnesses and notary information, etc. "Herb Tyson [MVP]" wrote: Go he http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx Set Search: to Templates, type "last will and testament" into the adjacent search box (quotes not needed), then click Go. -- Herb Tyson MS MVP http://www.herbtyson.com Please respond in the newsgroups so everyone can follow along.
