Default Data Source (mail merge files)

I just combining names and addresses from two different
files. I am fairly new to word and their mail merge.

And your question is?

You may want to look at Graham Mayor's site. He has material on doing a
merge from labels, I think.

Firstly, you should continue the original thread as if you do not, the
additional information is somewhat out of context to someone who did not see
the original post.

To perform your mailmerge, you will need to combine the two files. Just how
you do that will depend on what type of files they are. Also, there must be
some feature that links each name to an address.

Need more information to provide more detailed advice.

I have two data sources and would like to combine these. I
just thought this question should be in the mail merge
topic. Thanks, Linda
