What is the best way to setup a doc on a share where multiple users can use

Same Doc open multiple times
Choose an application that supports simultaneous multi-user access. This
excludes Word and pretty well all other document-processing applications. What are you trying to do? -- presumably you don't actually want simultaneous edits on the same document.
