Default accidently deleted very important document

i've accidently deleted a document which i had saved then emptied deleted
folder any suggestions as to recover this or is it a lost cause Its
extremely important

You will need file recovery (undelete) software to stand any chance of
recovering this file. The more you use the PC in the interim, the more
chance the file space it occupied will be overwritten.

Hi,

If you really wish to bring it back, I suppose you using really
powerful data recovery tool. I suppose Active@ Undelete or Uneraser(for
pure DOS) is the choice. These are really mighty tools, they never
failed me before and gives really maximum chances to restore. That
should definately help, give them a try.
