i cannot open a document file with ms words that is send by my phone to my
pc..even i have convert it to .doc it still cannot be open..and this error
message appear "
word experienced an error trying to open the file.
Try these sugestions.
*check the file permissions for the document or drive.
*make sure there is sufficient free memory and disk space
*open the file with the File Recovery converter

And have you tried those suggestions?
