document of this information. Could I export all auto text entries to a
document?

AutoText entries are saved in templates, Normal.dot by default. See

Jay Freedman has a couple of utilities for this. http://jay-freedman.info
However, AutoText is stored in templates. If you backup the templates, you
back up the AutoText. Are you sure we are talking about AutoText and not
AutoCorrect?
