eliminate period after each word in letter
I'm trying to write a letter and a "period" appears after each and every
word. I cannot get rid of the "period"...Help is appreciated |

It is more likely to be a non-printing space indicator. Does it disappear if
you click the ¶ button (CTRL+*). You've probably got Formatting Marks for spaces switched on. To switch them off, go to Tools - Options - View and untick the SPACES box under the heading FORMATTING MARKS. -- Ken Knight "Al Payne" wrote: I'm trying to write a letter and a "period" appears after each and every word.
