Default Crop or Size Picture by "Nudging"

In Word, it is possible to nudge the position of a picture 1 pixel at a time
by holding down Ctrl and using an arrow key. Is it possible to do cropping
and sizing in a similar manner (one pixel at a time)?

Not that I know of, but note that on the Size tab of the Format Picture
dialog you can specify the exact size and cropping.
