Default Template directories setting in Word 2007

I am trying to get two different folders set in Word. Just like you could do
under [Extra], [Options], tab [File Locations] in the previous versions of
Word. There was a personal folder setting for templates, and there was a
public folder setting for templates.

How do I do that in Word 2007?

Hi Gé,

In Word 2007 those settings are still available in the Word Options Dialog. You can use
Office Button=Word Options=Advanced (or Alt, T, O, A)
then scroll down in the Advanced category to the 'General' section and click on the [File Locations] button.

Not for me. I did find the File location button but it was greyed and could
not be activated. What to do?

Make sure you have a document open (or a new document) before you access the
Word Options.

I've just found it. click on the Office button, then at the bottom you see
'word options' - file locations is in there.
