When I turn numbering on, I cannot indent to the right margin.
Eg:

1.1 Name 2 advantages of this site.
(4)
1.2 How do I log off?
(2)

please advise me how i can achieve the above

Default indent and numbering

Set the indents in the Customize Outline Numbered List dialog box (see
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/numb...umbering.html). If you are
using Word 2007, right-click the list and then choose the option to adjust
list indents from the context menu.
