Default Comment and Markup Balloons

Word 2003

Is there anyway to print a document showing the comment balloons and
markup such as deletions and insertions but not have the markup balloons
print?

Thanks

If you run a macro containing the following code (best to do it on a copy of
the document), it will insert the name of the author of the comment and the
text of the comment at the location where the comment was inserted so that
it can be printed without the balloons being included.

Dim acomment As Comment
For Each acomment In ActiveDocument.Comments
acomment.Reference.InsertAfter "[" & acomment.Author & " - " &
acomment.Range & "]"
Next acomment

Hope this helps.
