Default How do I swap two pages so page 2 is page 1?

I'm using a text box and when I tried insert the 2nd page it becomes the
first page and I can't seem to get them swapped. I have WORD 2007 Office.

THanks,

Text boxes cannot span pages. You would need to insert a second text box
after the first one. Why are you using text boxes for pages? If youi want a
text box as a page border, put it in the header with the wrap set to 'behind
text' and write on the main page.
