Default Word Table format need circle around text but not to expand cell

3-column table, 9 rows, text in first column, 2nd and 3rd rows have text (yes
2nd row, no 3rd row) would like to put a circle around text (yes, 2nd row)
without increasing the size of the cell. Is that possible??? If so, please
tell me how to do it.
