Printing e-mail addresses
I want my URL and E-mail address links to continue to show up in BLUE when I
send someone the document, but I want them to appear in BLACK when they are printed. Is there some setting in Word 2007 that will let me do this or do I just always have to create two versions - one to e-mail and one to print? Thanks for any tips! |

Printing e-mail addresses

As an attachment? What is the recipient supposed to do with it? If you imagine him printing the document, how should the hyperlinks print there? but I want them to appear in BLACK when they are printed. No, you simply change the HYPERLINK style from blue/underlined to black and back again. A small toggle-macro might work here, or an alternative theme, or ...
