Default A way to auto-skip headings in a table, without tabbing through?

I have a table with a line which is a heading, then several cells that needs
data input. Another row of headings, followed again by several cells that
need data input.
Is there a way to automatically skip the heading areas of the table, so as
not to have to tab several times through? (Have the cursor stop in the first
cell that needs to have data input into it? And, then using the Tab key to
advance to the next (non-heading) cell?

Thank You!

You can do this in a protected form, but you will need to add form fields
where you want to put the data, and protecting a document for forms imposes
many limitations. See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm and especially
the forms tutorials by Dian Chapman that this article links to.
