Default printing a large database in word

Is there a way to print a fairly large database in word so all of the data
and fields print? I only get part of it. Thanks Word 2002

How are you trying to do it?

If you use a Catalog (or Directory) type mailmerge main document in which
you have the merge fields in the cells of a one row table, when you execute
that merge to a new document, it will contain a table with a row of data for
each record in the datasource.

Hope this helps.
