Firstly, thanks for reading this. I am trying to set up a mailmerge
between Word 2003 and Excel. It's basically lists of people attending events. Participant Date Event John 18/01/06 Wine Tom 18/01/06 Wine Mick 18/01/06 Wine Mary 18/01/06 Cheese William 18/01/06 Cheese I need to print out a sheet for each event. I need word to compare Event Field and when it moves on from Wine, the Cheese participants will print out on a new sheet. Does that make sence? At the moment it is printing all the participants on to a page and when it moves on the the next page the event data changes also ie wron participants on events!! Any help would be grateful Regards, Jake |

You are trying to perform a "multiple items per condition (=key field)"
mailmerge which Word does not really have the ability to do: See the "Group Multiple items for a single condition" item on fellow MVP Cindy Meister's website at http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindy...faq1.htm#DBPic Or take a look at the following Knowledge Base Articles http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;302665 http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;294686 -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP wrote in message oups.com... Firstly, thanks for reading this.
