How do I email only 1 page in MS Word 2003?
With the main document, scroll through the records until the desired page is
displayed, then use Ctrl+a, then Ctrl+Shift+F9 which will unlink the mergefields from the data source. Now use FileSend to to send the document by email (you will have to enter the address manually. Then close the main document WITHOUT saving it, or use the undo button as many times as necessary to undo the unlinking of the data fields. You also should be able to do it by scrolling through the records until the desired page is displayed and making a note of the record number and then when you execute the merge to email, enter only that record number as the record to be merged. -- Hope this helps.
