I am unable to modify any of my Word 2003 toolbars either
within Normal.dot or personal templates.

Hi

Further Info:-
It is allowing me into the customise dialogue box but
will not allow me to add or remove buttons. I have a
customised template which, if opened in Word XP it will
display fully customised menus and toolbars but in Word
2003 it displays the default. I don't have acrobat 7
installed.
