Default Mail merge on labels repeats

Mail merge on labels repeats same info for all labels on page. What did I do
wrong?

Well we don't know what you did or what version of Word you are using, so we
can't tell what you did wrong, but it would appear that the Next Record
field is missing from in front of the first mergefield on each label other
than the first label on the sheet where it is not required.

That fixed that error. I just can not get this to properly merge. It will
merge maybe two or three from my contacts list selected.
The downloaded "Holly Template" just will not properly update from my
contacts list.
Using all 2003.

Post the link to the template in question so we can see the potential
problems. In the meantime, see the link on my web page about graphics on
labels

It looks like the next record field is not working because word applies it
behind the picture of the Holly on this template:

Holiday mailing labels (with holly, 14 per sheet, works with Avery 8162,
8252, 8462, and 8662) New

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/te...CT063477691033

How would I get the next record recognized in the merge without deleting
the Holly?
Thanks
