Reviewing Tool Bar appears automatically when I open every WORD document. I
want to be able to switch off this feature which restricts viewable size of
doc on my laptop.

Thanks for solving problem in Outlook, might there be a similar solution
for/in WORD?

If you read all the way down to the heading Workaround, instead of only the
Background that sets up the article, it explains what to do in Word.
