Default Header Row

I inadvertantly changed my Header Row in Recipient List. It show read:

First Name Last Name Addresss 1 Address 2 City STate Zip

I actually changed them to a real first and last name street address etc...

Because of this I can't merge my list.

How do I change the Header Row to read the above??

Thank you,

Laura

Default Header Row

What is the data source?

If it is an Word table or an Excel spreadsheet, just insert a row at the top
of the table or sheet and into the cells of that row, enter the field names.
