Inserting Conditional Page Numbers in Footers
I need to create a letter template with the text 'Continued' appearing in
the footer of every page except the last page if the text goes over two or more pages but no text to appear in the footer if it ends up being a one page letter. Is using VB programming the only way to achieve this? I am not a techie so if this is the only way, does anybody have the code I need to use? Apologies if this mesage has already been posted... I was half way through posting it when there was a power cut - I can't see it on the message board so am assuming it didn't get posted. -- Thanks, Lou |

Apologies... just realised somebody has already answered this question. I had
a power cut and thought the question had been posted to discussion group. -- Thanks, Lou "Louise" wrote: I need to create a letter template with the text 'Continued' appearing in the footer of every page except the last page if the text goes over two or more pages but no text to appear in the footer if it ends up being a one page letter. Suggest you use a UPS. They are very cheap and will guard against the
sometimes disastrous effects of power cuts. "Louise" (donotspam) wrote in message ...
