How to get rid of this annoyinh behaviour...
Hi there,
Currently I use Office 2002 at work, but this behaviour happens in Word 2003 as well. What happens is this: When I wish to change the layout of part of the text all my text changes! Lets say I wish to center a paragraph ; when I do this all my text gets centered. When I click cntl-Z everything except the specified paragraph is set to what is was previously, so I get there eventually. But this is rediculous, and I wonder what causes this behaviour and what I can do to stop it. Another thing, which I notice only at work currently: I have chosen as view the print-layout, expecting the WYSIWYG view. I notice however, that the top- and bottommarigin are gone. They are still defined in the pagelayout, and printing will give the expected layout. Again, what causes this behaviour, and what can I do to change it? TIA, Hans Brouwer |
